The marketing team's mission is clear: propel Bettermile's business growth by showcasing its services and fostering connections. To achieve this, we focus on building brand awareness, positioning Bettermile as a thought leader, nurturing community engagement, and empowering the sales team to initiate meaningful conversations. We make complex digital products comprehensible. We invite you to bring your ideas and passion, and join us in revolutionizing the delivery landscape!

You will be taking care of
  • Product messaging and positioning - Work with Product Owners and Program Delivery Managers to develop product and feature positioning, proposition, and communication that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors.

  • Translate between technical and non-technical audiences - Translate technical details into customer-oriented benefits in the context of parcel logistics based on a sound understanding of product development roadmaps and lighthouse features.

  • Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Conduct analysis to fully understand customer needs, buyer personas, industry trends, and other competitive products in a similar space

  • Develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy - Build the right GTM strategy for each product to build awareness and increase adoption. Experiment with various ideas concurrently and arrive at the best strategies that work for each product.

  • Work with the sales team to enable deal closures - Support the sales team in closing deals through tailored content and assets

  • Content Development - Conceptualize and craft product-related marketing and sales content for a variety of platforms. Work with content writers and designers to have the right kind and format of content created. Craft compelling product copy across marketing channels for different audiences (landing pages, marketplaces, solution briefs) and collaborate with the content team on other marketing assets creation, including white papers, presentations, sales kits, etc.

  • Data Analytics - Work with data from different sources, evaluate your work and your team’s work to provide actionable insights, and then pursue the right strategies to ensure we invest our resources most efficiently.

  • Ideation - Based on the feedback received, reviewed, ideate with the product teams for new product features / new product ideas, wherever relevant.

  • Mentorship - Mentor team members from the marketing team to develop their skills and ensure alignment with overall product messaging and strategy.
You check these boxes
  • 3-5 years of experience with B2B SaaS products and a passion to drive digital transformation.

  • Experience in developing marketing plans that cover strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.

  • Experience initiating and driving a range of go-to-market (GTM) programs including webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc.

  • A data-driven approach, deep comfort with digital tools, and curiosity to experiment with tools and techniques.

  • Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports.

  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing.

  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.

It is awesome if you also have
  • Experience in driving an account-based marketing approach.

  • Experience in Autonomous Work environments.

  • Copywriting and/or Design talent.
