Product Designer (d/f/m)

You will be taking care of
  • Taking charge of the entire design process, from problem definition exploration to solution development. (User flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups)
  • Helping establish and contribute to a Design System to ensure standardization.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize design tasks.
  • Defining and establishing design processes in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Leading and owning design initiatives.
You check these boxes
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Design, ideally in both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Strong skills in design thinking, UI design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, presentation, and usability testing, with a portfolio that showcases your design and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools/software (JIRA, Confluence, Miro), combined with 1-2 years of user research experience and a background in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to and scaling a Design System, and thriving in an agile, dynamic, fast-paced environment; experience in smaller companies is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (German is not required).
It is awesome if you also have
  • Experience in the logistics domain, especially last-mile delivery.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms.
