  • TrustCourier is a tool that aims to improve the quality of the deliveries to the customers and help drivers deliver more parcels successfully. There is also a fraud detection aspect to it.


You will be taking care of

  • Building, improving, and implementing data pipelines for TrustCourier.

  • Supplying machine learning models with clean, accurate, and timely data.

  • Monitoring pipelines to ensure top-notch data quality and fixing issues when they arise.

  • Supporting developers and analysts by providing new data points and expanding our reach to new countries.

  • Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to enhance our shared data mesh.

  • Driving action plans to fuel the company’s growth.

  • Mentoring colleagues as our team grows, plus helping with hiring and training new talent.

You check these boxes

  • Highly skilled in Python and SQL, with proven experience working with Snowflake and Postgres or similar data warehousing and relational databases.

  • Worked with big data manipulation tools like DBT.

  • Know your way around AWS (RDS, S3, Firehose, event buses, and more).

  • Orchestrated jobs using tools like Dagster.

  • You’re adaptable, curious, and challenge-driven.

  • Communication and collaboration are your superpowers, and you thrive in a team setting.

  • English at a solid C1 level or higher.

It is awesome if you also have

  • Hands-on experience helping other Data Analysts and Engineers grow, guiding them through challenges, sharing knowledge, and supporting their career development.

  • Knowledge of geospatial data handling and visualization.

  • Familiarity with MLOps: hosting, inference, and training jobs for machine learning models.

  • A creative streak and an entrepreneurial mindset.
