 Bis zu 12 Wochen im Jahr kannst du remote von überall aus arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

Gemeinsam mit deinem Team verstehst und adressierst du die Bedürfnisse und Anliegen unserer Nutzer:innen
Sammle datenbasierte Einblicke und Feedback von unseren Usern durch Umfragen, Interviews und die Analyse ihres Verhaltens – und hilf uns, unsere App kontinuierlich zu verbessern
Analysiere und erstelle Berichte, Übersichten und Auswertungen (z. B. zum Nutzerverhalten und Performance)
Übernimm schnell Verantwortung für eigene Projekte – natürlich mit Unterstützung deines Teams
Präsentiere Ergebnisse und Updates in Tools wie PowerPoint oder Miro, um dein Team und andere Stakeholder zu informieren
Agiere als Brücke zwischen unseren Usern und den Entwickler:innen, damit das Feedback direkt in konkrete Verbesserungen übersetzt wird

Das bringst Du mit

Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten, bist zuverlässig und zeigst Eigeninitiative
Du bist ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in, kommunizierst klar und strukturiert und bist ein Organisationstalent mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
Du hast sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse und sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2), sowie Englisch (mindestens B2)
Du interessierst dich für digitale Innovationen, technische Themen und Prozessoptimierung
Du bist in einem relevanten Studiengang eingeschrieben (z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationsmanagement oder Logistik) und motiviert Neues zu lernen. Für uns zählt aber Motivation mehr als der „perfekte“ Studiengang!

You will be taking care of

Together with your team, you understand and address the needs and concerns of our users.
Gather data-driven insights and feedback from our users through surveys, interviews, and behavioral analysis – and help us continuously improve our app.
Analyze and create reports, summaries, and evaluations (e.g. on user behavior and performance).
Quickly take on responsibility for your own projects – with the full support of your team, of course.
Present results and updates using tools like PowerPoint or Miro to keep your team and other stakeholders informed.
Act as a bridge between our users and the developers to ensure feedback is translated directly into tangible improvements.

You check these boxes

You have strong analytical skills, are reliable, and show initiative.
You're a true team player, communicate clearly and in a structured way, and are highly organized with a quick grasp of new topics.
You have excellent Excel skills and speak fluent German (C2) and English (at least B2).
You’re interested in digital innovation, tech topics, and process optimization.
You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Management, or Logistics) and are motivated to learn new things – for us, motivation matters more than the "perfect" degree!

It is awesome if you also have

Experience with support tools
Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian)
