You will be taking care of

  • Collaborate with the team as a key point of contact to address user needs and concerns.

  • Collect insights and feedback from users through surveys, interviews, and behavioral data analysis, contributing to the continuous improvement of our app.

  • Create and evaluate overviews, reports, and analyses (e.g., user behavior and performance).

  • Take responsibility for your own projects quickly, with the support of your team.

  • Present findings and updates via tools like PowerPoint or Miro to inform and align stakeholders.

  • Act as a bridge between users and developers, ensuring insights and feedback are translated into actionable improvements.

You check these boxes

  • You possess strong analytical skills, reliability, and initiative.

  • You are a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, and you quickly grasp complex concepts.

  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and are fluent in German (C2) and English (minimum B2).

  • You have an interest in digital innovations, technical topics, and process optimization.

  • You are enrolled in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, information management, or logistics, and are motivated to learn and grow. More important to us than the right degree, however, is that you are motivated! 
It is awesome if you also have

  • Experience with support tools.

  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian).

Deine Aufgaben
  • Sei die zentrale Ansprechperson in unserem Team, um die Bedürfnisse und Anliegen unserer Nutzer:innen (User) zu verstehen und zu adressieren
  • Sammle wertvolle Einblicke und Feedback von unseren Users durch Umfragen, Interviews und die Analyse ihres Verhaltens – und hilf uns, unsere App kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Analysiere und erstelle Berichte, Übersichten und Auswertungen (z. B. zum Nutzerverhalten und zur Performance)
  • Übernimm schnell Verantwortung für eigene Projekte – natürlich mit Unterstützung deines Teams
  • Präsentiere Ergebnisse und Updates in Tools wie PowerPoint oder Miro, um dein Team und andere Stakeholder zu informieren
  • Agiere als Brücke zwischen unseren Users und den Entwickler:innen, damit das Feedback direkt in konkrete Verbesserungen übersetzt wird
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten, bist zuverlässig und zeigst Eigeninitiative
  • Du bist ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in, kommunizierst klar und strukturiert und bist ein Organisationstalent mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (vor allem Excel und PowerPoint) und sprichst fließend Polnisch (C2) sowie Englisch (mindestens B2)
  • Du interessierst dich für digitale Innovationen, technische Themen und Prozessoptimierung
  • Du bist in einem relevanten Studiengang eingeschrieben (z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationsmanagement oder Logistik) und hochmotiviert, Neues zu lernen. Für uns zählt aber Motivation mehr als der „perfekte“ Studiengang!
